Implement a medical social media strategy and make your practice visible to the billions of people on Facebook and Twitter.Social media is like any other marketing channel. It has the power to bring more patients into your lobby, but only if it's used correctly. Many doctors have the wrong conception of social media, which is why their Facebook Fan Page hasn't done anything for their practice yet.

When you have a medical social media strategy in place, your exposure on Facebook and Twitter will grow to the point where you'll attract notice of prospective patients. As you become a visible brand on social media, you'll begin to reap the rewards of the heightened exposure in the form of more patients-per-month entering your lobby.
